In this post I will share how I made Figure, Seek and Honcho in Fortnite! And some hidden stuff until now too!
First of all getting the models from toolbox and exploting. BTW Redibles said that Figure models is terrible moddeled but I think it’s really fine, can’t say for Seek tho😬
Blender
Converting the roblox model is the tuffest part and it’s not always perfect thing. BTW image decals are actuall meshes and not burned into texture cuz IDK how to make it, i could literarly paint it with stencil tool, but it’s not gonna hurt with couple of faces and material in engine with opacity really does good work.
Weight painting is okay ig, i could clean it up now. I have no idea how some little wrongfull areas slip up sometimes.
A while back i did simple emotes transparent gifs in blender
This was really trash cuz of lighting and lack of VFX in blender but UEFN has the sequences rendering things so now the transparent gifs have VFX so thats amazing.

Suprisingly making skins is very fun (but learing is really hard cuz there is like 2 tutorials for making skins)
Scrapped content. I did not know how exactly facial animations worked yet so i did this for funnies also it looks stupid and ugly so seek doesn’t move it’s eye. I guess I could make blinking in material but it’s too late.
Making VFX for Honcho was so hard that I did stopped working on it for like 2-3 weeks. But funny enough The Lore Master of Fortnite made some tweets about Green Dark Voyager and I wanted to make him for real so after copying assets I still did not know how to put VFX onto skin so after zero help (BRO) I did put a blueprint into character part and same with Honcho. This opens more possibilities for me and fortnite lore masters, so thats cool.
Bonus: Davinci Resolve
Yes, the videos are made in davinci and I kind of hate it because I can’t make it more efficient by like just cutting the videos and selecting first frame or something. But thats lowkey what this program doesn’t do whatever ig. Also I hate the AI quality on youtube and tiktok, IDK why it looks so bad there mayeb cuz square videos are not usually used there but whatever, kinda looks funnier with bad quality.
